Lyca Productions' head Subaskaran Allirajan has risen as the top producer in the Tamil film industry within no time. He started off his career with 2014 film Kaththi and within no time, he also produced India's most expensive film, 2.0. Apparently, Subaskaran life has so much stuff that it can make into a feature film.
Top directors of the industry, Mani Ratnam and AR Murugadoss also expressed their willingness to direct Subaskaran's biopic. In a recent interview, Murugadoss said that he will do the second part of Subaskaran's biopic as Mani Ratnam has already booked the slot of directing the first part.
After bankrolling Kaththi, Subaskaran teamed up with Murugadoss after five years for Superstar Rajinikanth's film, Darbar. This action drama is all set to release during the Pongal festive season. On the flip side, the ace producer bankrolled Mani Ratnam's Chekka Chivantha Vaanam in the past. Both the directors showered the praises on Subaskaran and his work-style and thus, expressed their desire of making a biopic on him.
