Any movie fan or spectator would recognise the name Tamilrockerz. Arun Vijay's next project has the same title as a web series that likewise centres on the previously mentioned pirated website. The series is on how pirate sites damage the film industry's business. In the series, Arun Vijay portrays a cop who captures the entire group of people involved in movie piracy from theatres.

Speaking to the media, actor Arun Vijay remarked that over the years, film piracy in India has decreased, and OTT is one of the reasons for this. He also asked people not to view stolen content because the lives of many individuals in the film business depend on the film's revenues. He noted that this new web series intends to raise awareness about the destruction that piracy causes. The series, starring Arun Vijay and Vani Bhojan, will premiere on the digital OTT channel on August 19. Arivazhagan helmed the series 'Tamil Rockerz,' and the director revealed in a recent media interview that he developed the series to demonstrate the affects and effects that piracy has on those whose livelihood depends on the film business. Azhagam Perumal, Vinodhini Vaidyanathan, and MS Bhaskar features in the cast.
