Actor Asif Ali is all set to start his next film Maheshum Marutiyum. The shooting of Asif's new film ‘Maheshum Marutiyum’ is about to start. The shooting, which was scheduled to start last April, will begin shooting in December.
Sethu wrote the script and directs the film ‘Maheshum Marutiyum’. The film stars Asif Ali and a Maruti 800 in the lead roles. The story of the film revolves around Mahesh and his Maruti car. The film tells the story of Mahesh's closeness to his father's Maruti car from a young age. the plot extends with the changes that take place later in life when a girl comes along.
Mahesh and Maruti will start shooting in December. Producer Maniyan Pillai Raju said that the film was scheduled to start shooting in April. But it had to postpone due to Covid expansion. Kalyani Priyadarshan will play the lead role with Asif Ali in the film.
With the opening of the theater in the state, actor Asif Ali will have the highest number of releases. Asif Ali's upcoming films include Kuttavum Shikshayum, Koth, Kunjeldo, and Ellam Sheriyakum. Apart from that, ‘Maheshum Marutiyum’ is Sethu's second film after Mammootty's Kuttanadan blog. Meanwhile, Asif Ali has completed the shooting of Abrid Shine's Mahaveeryar and a Jis Joy film.
