Legendary director Bharathiraja is having a second lease of life. He reigned as one of the best directors in the 80s amidst serious competition and now in his second innings, he is rocking the theatres with his arresting and realistic performances.
The director-actor was in for a shock when he found out that his house was robbed. Recently, he found out that an iPhone worth Rs 1 lakh, one kilogram of silver items and 15 thousand rupees are robbed from his house in Krishna street in T Nagar.
Bharathiraja immediately went to Mambalam police station to file a theft case. The police officers filed an FIR and are now investigating the case with the help of CCTVs that are installed on the streets. They are hopeful of finding the criminal.
Bharathiraja was last seen in Sivakarthikeyan’s Namma Veetu Pillai in which he played the role of the actor’s grandfather. Ever since he took to acting, he aced many memorable roles and continue to surprise us with his performances.
