'Mirchi' is one of the special movies in Young Rebel Star Prabhas' career. After doing to back to back love stories like Darling and Mr. Perfect and scoring a flop movie like Rebel, Prabhas came up with this film which became the biggest blockbuster.
In fact, flopless director Koratala Siva who worked as a writer for movies like Bhadra, Oosaravelli, Simha, etc marked his directorial debut with this film. The super hit combination of Prabhas and Anushka got repeated for the second time with this movie after Billa. Richa Gangopadhyay, Nadiya, Sathyaraj, Sampath Raj, Subbaraju played crucial roles in the film which got released on 8 February 2013. It has been 7 years since the release of the movie. The fans have been remembering the memorable scenes from the film which are now going viral on the internet.
Devi Sri Prasad scored music for this movie and the film also became a musical hit. But, Prabhas is busy with his upcoming movie 'Jaan' under the direction of 'Jil' fame Radha Krishna and Koratala Siva is going to join hands with Megastar Chiranjeevi soon.
We have to see if Koratala Siva teams up with his first film hero Prabhas again, anytime soon.
