The film is produced by Sofia Varghese, daughter of the late actor N F Varghese. The film is produced under the banner of Varghese Pictures. Pyali’s theme is fraternal love. George Jacob plays Pyali’s brother.
Mamukoya, Appani Sarath, Rafi, Altaf Salim, and Sujith Shankar will play the other roles. Aadukalam Murugadoss, who is notable for his films Visaranai and Aadukalam, also plays a major role in Pyali. Jiju Sunny is the cinematographer of the film. The music director of the film is Prashanth Pillai.
