Chandramukhi 2: Shoot Commenced With Thalaivar’s Blessings

Raghava Lawrence's 'Chandramukhi 2', a sequel to Rajinikanth's 'Chandramukhi,' has finally begun production. The sequel to the mega-blockbuster 'Chandramukhi,' produced by Lyca Productions, is in the works, and director P Vasu, who directed the original, is also directing the sequel. The film's production has officially commenced, as Raghava Lawrence stated today. Interestingly, before beginning filming, the choreographer turned actor and director met his idol Superstar Rajinikanth and sought his consent. It is well known that Rajinikanth portrayed the lead part in 'Chandramukhi,' in which Jyotika plays Chandramukhi while Prabhu, Vineeth, and Vadivelu play supporting roles.

Vadivelu, who had a humorous character in the original film, will reprise his role in the sequel, and the soundtrack will be composed by MM Keeravani of 'Baahubali' and 'RRR' fame. The horror-cinematography comedy will be handled by RD Rajasekar, and the artwork will be handled by Thotta Tharani.
