Popular comedian and Bollywood actor Raju Srivastava (58) passed away. He had been under hospital treatment for the last 41 days. He collapsed after suffering a heart attack while exercising in the gym and was admitted to the hospital. He was undergoing treatment at the Delhi AIIMS. Raju's brother recently responded that Raju's health, who is on a ventilator, is improving slowly.

 
Raju Srivastava was born in 1963 in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Raju Srivastava first came to the attention of the audience in 2005 through a television stand-up comedy programme called The Great Indian Laughter Challenge. Raju was the second runner-up in this show. She has also participated as a contestant in the television reality show Bigg Boss Hindi Season 3.
 
He also acted in character roles in Hindi films. The main films are Maine Maine Pyaar Kiya, Baazigar, Bombay to Goa, Amdani Athani Kharcha Rupaiya, and Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. After 2010, he began political activity. He decided to contest the 2014 Lok Sabha elections from Kanpur on a Samajwadi Party ticket, but later withdrew. After a few days, he joined the BJP. participated in Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan campaigns.
 
He was the Chairman of the Film Development Council of the Uttar Pradesh Government. Shikha is his wife. Andara and Ayushmann are the children.
