Commercial Tax Department Raids Soori’s Businesses, Issues Notice Against The Actor

After searching his restaurant business in numerous locations in Madurai, the commercial tax agency allegedly issued a notice to actor Soori. Soori and his brother own the restaurants, and the Commercial Tax Department has received a complaint from the public that food goods sold there are being charged without GST.

Following the complaint, a five-person team led by Commercial Tax Officer Senthil searched Soori's eateries in Madurai. During the inquiry, it was discovered that the food products were charged without GST and that the commodities were legitimately purchased without GST. As a result, the commercial tax department has issued a notice to restaurant owner Soori and his partners, requiring them to appear in person and explain their actions within 15 days.

Soori, a famous Tamil actor, began his career as a junior artist and rose to become one of the industry's leading performers. Soori is now filming 'Viduthalai' with director Vetrimaaran, and the film is scheduled to be split into two parts. The team recently wrapped up an important schedule in Kodaikanal, a major train accident scene has been reportedly shot during the schedule.
