Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan are working together in the remake of the classic film. The 1990s Coolie No.1 is getting a remake with the same name. The original film starred Govinda and Karisma Kapoor in the lead roles. As David Dhawan announced the remake, the audience has been waiting eagerly for its release. And now finally, Varun and Sara announce the wrap of the film.
Along with sharing some hot pictures of her and Varun, Sara wrote, "And that's a wrap on Coolie No.1.Thank you Varun for being the best and coolest coolie. No one better to have helped carry my baggage (pun intended), carry me through what I couldn't carry off, and stop me from getting carried away almost all the time. Will miss irritating you constantly." Varun shared the same photos and wrote, "Tere nakhre hamesha uthaaunga sara kyunki tu ladki hain ek number #coolieno1. Picture khatam. Haat jaoon baaju ayaa raju #coolieno1."
Apart from Varun and Sara, the film also stars Javed Jeffrey, Paresh Rawal, Shikha Talsania, Johnny Lever, Rajpal Yadav and Sahil Vaid in pivotal roles. It shot mostly in Bangkok and Goa. Coolie No.1 will release on the 1st of May 2020.
