Cv Kumar's Kottravai Will Hit The Screens In January 2023

The long-awaited release of director CV Kumar's upcoming film, 'Kottravai,' is finally on the horizon. The film is billed as a thriller, with key roles played by Rajesh Kanagasabai, Vela Ramamoorthy, Anupama Kumar, Pawan, and Gaurav Narayanan. The film will release in January 2023, according to the acclaimed director.

The director took to Twitter to make the announcement which read:

CV Kumar's third directorial effort, following 'Maayavan' and 'Gangs of Madras.' The film was shot in Karaikudi, Chennai, and Perambalur.

The director previously revealed that the film is about a treasure hunt involving various clans whose rivalry spans generations and centuries. Ghibran will compose the music for the film, Prakash Rudra will direct it, and Ignatious Ashwin will edit it.
