Dabangg 3: Chulbul Pandey shares a look at his past in the film's first trailer.

Salman Khan is back once again as Chulbul Pandey in the latest installment in the Dabangg franchise. The film’s trailer launched late on Wednesday, with Salman himself sharing the trailer on his Twitter feed. The film is set around Chulbul Pandey, who is taking on the big screen this time to tell the backstory behind the badass cop.  

Directed by Prabhu Deva, the film brings back Sonakshi Sinha in her role as Rajjo among other characters from the previous films. However, by the looks of it, the film will mostly focus on Chulbul’s past. In which we can see Chulbul alongside his love interest Khusshi played by Mahesh Manjrekar’s daughter Saiee Manjrekar. Kichcha Sudeepa, on the other hand, will be stepping into the shoes of the villain for this film.   The trailer begins with Chulbul reintroducing himself as the ‘policewala gunda’ as well as Rajjo as his love interest. The titular character soon talks about his past before introducing new actors Saiee and Sudeepa. Other than all the thrilling action sequences, the film also promises to double up on the humour part of the franchise.   Dabangg 3 is all set to release on December 20.
