Both of them have worked together earlier for the movie Maharshi. The shoot of this SSMB 27 will go on the floors this summer. Mahesh will go on a vacation now and he will start shooting once he is back from the trip.

Initially, it got reported that Thaman will compose the music for this film. There was no official update about it though. Then, it got rumored that Vijay Deverakonda is playing a crucial role in the film. Fans celebrated that the combination of Vijay and Mahesh would be epic but there was no official confirmation about it as well. Yesterday, someone posted that Nidhi Agerwal got confirmed as the leading lady of this film.
Fed up with these updates, fans stopped believing any of them and started trolling back. One of the fans posted a picture of Mahesh Babu and Ranveer Singh from the Thums Up ad shoot and wrote that Ranveer Singh is playing a crucial role in SSMB 27. Before the trolling intensifies, it is better than the makers to announce the project and its details officially.
