First Look: Suneil Shetty from Marakkar

With the success of Baahubali, many filmmakers are opting to do a historical period drama with a staggering budget. Releasing these films in multiple languages is helping those films to recover the budget. Films like Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, Mamangam and Padmaavat made on this strategy only. Now, another film joins the list which is Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham. Directed by legendary filmmaker Priyadarshan, this movie features Mohanlal in the lead role.

The shooting of this film got wrapped up and the makers are currently busy in the post-production works. They have decided to kickstart the promotions by releasing the character posters of the film. Recently, Keerthy Suresh's first look from the film is out and now, the team has unveiled the poster of Suneil Shetty. Suneil is playing the role of Chandroth Panicker in the film. His look from the film looks powerful and the still seems to have got picked from a war episode. A lot of expectations are riding on this Malayalam biggie which is gearing up for the release on 26th March this year. Marakkar also features Manju Warrier, Arjun Sarja. Prabhu, Pranav Mohanlal and Kalyani Priyadarshan in the other lead roles. It is being produced under Aashirwad Cinemas.
