On Valentine’s Day, young heartthrob, Tovino Thomas treated his fans with the trailer of his upcoming thriller ‘Forensic’. Revealing a glimpse of the movie, the trailer unveils the mystery and heartstopping moments it has to offer. "Psychopath crimes don't have any motive. The crime itself is the motive," Samuel John Kattookkaran (Tovino Thomas), the forensic expert says in the trailer. The trailer depicts the collaboration of two teams; a team of cops and a team of forensic scientists. It follows the story of a psychopath who abducts and murders innocent people. Along with that, his pattern of crime is also shown in the trailer. Mamta Mohandas’ role as a cop also seems promising.
The movie is being written and directed by Akhil Paul and Anas Khan. ‘Forensic’ will see Tovino Thomas portraying the role of a medico-legal advisor, Samuel John Kattookkaran. Samuel leads the narrative as he plays a titular role in the investigation of a crime. Mamta Mohandas has been cast to play another pivotal role in the film. Mamta will essay the IPS officer Rithika Xavier, who is the head of the investigation team.
The film is being financed by Navis Xaviour and Siju Mathew under the banner of Juvis Productions. Akhil George is head of cinematography for the movie. Shameer Muhammed will manage the editing. 'Ranam' fame Jakes Bejoy handled the music department for the movie. Although the release date isn’t announced yet, sources state that the makers are planning to release the movie by March 2020.
