Hansika wishes ex-boyfriend Simbu on birthday

Hansika Motwani recently wrapped up the shooting of his 50th film Maha, directed by UR Jameel. He recently took to social media to wish her ex-boyfriend Simbu on his 38th birthday. Simbu and Hansika Motwani were in love with each other a few years ago. Due to unforeseen reasons, they decided to part ways. But, this did not affect their working relationship as they worked in director Vijay Chander's Vaalu after their breakup. On Simbu's 38th birthday, Hansika wished her friend and ex-boyfriend by releasing a brand new poster from Maha.

Taking to Twitter, Hansika wrote, "Happiest birthday @SilambarasanTR_ have a blessed year #HappyBirthdaySTR (sic)." She also released a new still from Maha. In the film, directed by UR Jameel, Simbu and Hansika are paired opposite each other. Maha was supposed to hit the theatres in 2020. However, it got delayed due to the novel coronavirus pandemic. Simbu will essay the role of Shoaib in Maha and will appear in the flashback portions of the film. Apart from Simbu and Hansika, Maha also features Srikanth, Thambi Ramaiah, Karunakaran, Nasser, Jayaprakash, and Chaya Singh in supporting roles.
