On Friday evening Hindi tv actor Karan Tacker took to social media to deny all rumors regarding testing positive for coronavirus. He wrote, "Unfortunately, I tested positive when I landed in Delhi despite having no symptoms since the test performed was not complete. Fortunately, I got myself tested again the same day and the result was negative. Just to be sure, later I got my entire family tested again, and all reports were negative. So, I am really happy about that.”
The actor is currently in Delhi regarding a work assignment. Before returning to work for the first time in months, he was staying with his family in Lonavla, the scenic hill station near Mumbai. Karan has revealed that he came to live with his family members as the coronavirus pandemic was getting bad in the city of Mumbai itself. He had said, “After the number of cases in my building shot up, I decided to get out of the city. My parents are old, and I am constantly worried about their health. Fortunately, we are all safe, so far. Both Aamby and Lonavala have healthcare facilities. In the worst-case scenario, we can travel back to the city.”
Karan who took to painting during the lockdown recently donated his artwork for COVID relief fund. "I have been wanting to do something like this for a long time now, especially for our unsung heroes. Joining this noble initiative with my passion for art is really a good idea and a great opportunity to support them by providing them and their families with hygiene kits," he added.
