As the first week of the New Year 2020 comes to a close, Hollywood has been making headlines. As the first day of the New Year started off with BTS, the South Korean band who is undoubtedly the biggest name in our list right now, as they performed at the Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve and put an end to 2019 with a bang in Times Square. Later, they got joined by Post Malone and others to countdown to the New Year. The videos of their performance, unsurprisingly, were trending all over social media. All everyone could only talk about was BTS! Jungkook, V, Jimin, Jin, Suga, RM, and J-Hope performed their hit tracks at the Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve and impressed not just ARMY (their fans) but everyone watching the New Year's Eve special. 
 
Moving on to the next celebrity who caught our attention this week, Justin Bieber. The Canadian singer who was struggling with his mental health illness, made his comeback with a bang as he dropped his new single titled Yummy. The lyrics had inspired by his marriage with Hailey Bieber. While Selena Gomez surprised fans when she discreetly squeezed in three pictures into her year in review Instagram activity and revealed her whereabouts on Justin's wedding. The singer revealed she got surrounded by her squad as Justin took his vows with Hailey. 
 
More in the news, Super Junior singer Heechul and TWICE's Japanese singer Momo revealed they are dating. 
 
On the subject of relationships, Nikki Bella has surprised everyone by announcing her engagement. The wrestling star and Artem Chigvintsev have been together for almost a year now. The star took to Instagram to share this happy news with her followers. The star previously dated John Cena but they split two years ago
 
The Australian fire also caught Hollywood's attention with several stars taking to social media to express their concerns. Hollywood is also preparing for its first awards show of the season, Golden Globes 2020. 
 
Richard Gere was at The Dalai Lama at Kalachakra Ground in Bodh Gaya, Bihar, to attend the opening ceremony of a teaching session of the event. Gerard Butler was also in India on a trip to the Himalayas. Even Emilia Clarke welcomed the New Year in Jaipur, Rajasthan. 
 
The Royal family posted a new picture of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's son Archie and wished their fans a Happy New Year. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared a picture of Harry posing with Archie, both bundled in sweaters and it absolutely melted our hearts.
