Actor Hrithik Roshan hinted on Monday that he would feature in the sequel of "Brahmastra Part One: Shiva". Director Ayan Mukerji helms the project. The film starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt premiered in theatres on September 9 and has amassed over Rs 360 crore worldwide box office receipts.
After the release of "Brahmastra," rumors surfaced that Hrithik will portray Dev. Dev was a character introduced but not seen in the first installment.
It is also rumored that the 48-year-old actor will appear in Nitesh Tiwari's ambitious movie "Ramayana."
Hrithik responded when asked about the two projects, "What is going on? There is no activity. The next "Fighter" will begin; after that, it's possible that others, (including) the ones you mentioned, will materialize. Fingers crossed."
The upcoming film "Fighter" is called India's first aerial action series and will also star Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor. The actor will thus rejoin his "War" director Siddharth Anand.
