While reports doing the rounds cannot stop talking about a rumoured relationship between Euphoria co-stars Zendaya and Jacob Elordi, that’s not where it stops. Turns out, one more close bond evolved on the sets of the series. That’s right, we’re talking about Hunter Schafer and Zendaya.
In an interview with V Magazine, Hunter Schafer spoke about her experience creating the popular HBO series with her co-stars.
Schafer got asked who her closest artistic collaborator was during the making of the show Euphoria. Schafer responded with. "I don’t know if I’ve ever worked closely with anyone than Zendaya on Euphoria. It was such an extensive process, and a very intimate one."
She also expressed gratitude to the show's creator, Sam Levinson. She said. "And also Sam Levinson, [the creator], who helped me get to those places I hadn’t been since I was a teenager."
Schafer’s character on Euphoria called Jules. About her character, Schafer said. "I know she has dreams, [many of] which she stated in the first episode. Which is just what I did in a way: escaping to New York, and working or interning in fashion...And that was [part of the character] before I was even cast, so it was really freaky to see that written into the script. So, I feel like that’s definitely her path."
Meanwhile, rumours of Zendaya and Jacob Elordi dating seem to have come true. The couple was recently spotted trying to go incognito at the Sydney airport.
