I want to be remembered as the characters I play: Anil Kapoor at IFFI 2019

Bollywood actor Anil Kapoor attended the Director's Actor In-Conversation with Anees Bazmee at Tisca Chopra. This was one of the exciting events took place at the film-festival yesterday at the International film festival of India.

"I'd love to do an adaptation of the scent of a woman, the performance given by Al Pacino was inspiring. I never played a blind man as well, I'd love to do that. I'm hungry more than ever to play interesting roles. I'm the director's actor and directors are the captain of the ship, and that is why, I'd love to do more films with Anees Bazme, he directs and he writes from his heart. Rather than being remembered as a conventional hero, I want to be remembered as the characters I play." shared Anil Kapoor during the conversation.

On the other side, Anees Bazmee says, "No matter how many films I do with Anil Kapoor, every film with him feels like the first time. His enthusiasm and energy never withers."

"I remember one time we were working together, Anil Kapoor would hesitate to even have half a bite of biscuit, when on a diet. The dedication he shows is inspiring" says Tisca Chopra.
