Ilaiyaraaja is one of the legendary music composers in India who scored the music for over 1000 movies so far. The music composer is still active with a lot of movies on hand. Often, he also performs at live music shows and makes it a point to take his music to the public whenever possible.
Now, the legendary musician Ilaiyaraaja has composed an anthem for a corporate brand, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages (HCCB) and the company itself has revealed the same.
The brand management has also shared a making video on YouTube saying that the tune is for both conventional and contemporary audiences. The video also featured HCCB’s Chief Communication Officer Kamalesh Kumar Sharma and Founder and Chief Creative Director of the agency Prathap Suthan. The tune got composed at Prasad Studios in Chennai, where Ilaiyaraaja has composed most of his songs. However, as per the buzz, that the studio and the composer were not on good terms and the studio denied to give him permission to work from their premises anymore.
Popular directors Bharathiraja, Naam Tamilar Katchi leader Seeman, etc recently visited Prasad Studios m to resolve the issue. But, Ilaiyaraaja is yet to break his silence on this.
