Interesting set of films lined up on Day 3 at MAMI 2019

Sunday has arrived, and it is time for some interesting, thought-provoking, engaging and not to miss movies at MAMI. 'The Irishman', which got screened yesterday, is up for its second screening today.
 
Here is the list of films which are going to get screened today:
 
Les Miserables:
 
This is a French Drama movie directed by Ladj Ly featuring Damien Bonnard, Alexis Manenti and Djibril Zonga in the lead roles. The story is inspired by the riots of 2005 in the Paris suburbs and revolves around three members of an anti-crime brigade.
 
Midsommar:
 
Midsommar is a folk horror film written and directed by Ari Aster. Starring Florence Pugh, Jack Reynor, William Jackson Harper, etc, the story is about a group of friends who travel to Sweden for a festival but gets caught to a pagan cult.

I Lost My Body:
 
I Lost My Body is a 2019 French animated film directed by Jérémy Clapin. The film already got screened at the Cannes Film Festival where it won the Nespresso Grand Prize.
 
Frankie:
 
Frankie is an American-French drama movie, directed by Ira Sachs, with Isabelle Huppert, Greg Kinnear, Marisa Tomei, etc. in the lead roles. The story follows three generations who have gathered for a vacation.
 
Sorry, We Missed You:
 
This is a British drama film directed by Ken Loach, starring Kris Hitchen, Debbie Honeywood, Rhys Stone etc. and revolves around how zero-hour contracts affected the employment of the lead characters.
 
The Irishman:
 
The Irishman is an American epic crime film directed by Martin Scorsese. The story is based on the 2004 memoir I Heard You Paint Houses by Charles Brandt. Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, and Joe Pesci played the lead roles in this film.
