Is Trivikram Going Through A Creative Slump?

Director Trivikram Srinivas is known for his famous punchlines, which are an all time favourite for Telugu audeinces. He is the kind of writer that has no competition in the industry. However, it seems like he is running out of creativity when it comes to coming up with new stories. For the past several years, the director has stuck to a single concept - a house, a family and its problems. This is the same formula that he employed in films like Attharintiki Daaraedi, Son of Satyamurthy, Agnyathvaasi and even Ala Vaikuntapuramlo. All of these had very few differences in their story lines, but all of them are the same at the end of the day.

Trivikram is now coming up with a similar story for Superstar Mahesh Babu, as per reports. A massive set of a house has been erected in the outskirts of Hyderabad, where majority of the film's shoot will take place. This film is said to be a family entertainer with action sprinkled in it. This sounds very familiar, as this is the same concept of AVPL as well. Having siad that, everyone is currently feeling as though Trivikram should take some time off and come up with new concepts. The director had made unique films in the past, like Athadu, Jalsa and Khaleja, all of which remain fan favourites to date, owing to the different stories and narratives that they had. Here's hoping that Trivikram comes up with more such innovative concepts in the future.
