Movie Artists Association (MAA) has turned out to be a trouble-making organization rather than being a troubleshooting body. There is an internal conflict between two groups, headed by President Naresh and former executive general secretary Rajashekahr. We all know that ruckus created by Rajashekhar recently during the MAA Diary launch which eventually led to his resignation.
Now, another controversy has loomed upon the association. Recently, MAA distributed two-wheelers to economically backward artists. They have presented the bikes with the help of sponsors. But apparently, the cheques of those payments have not got issued yet. Jeevitha Rajashekhar has to sign on those cheques as she is the general secretary of the association.
As Jeevitha is delaying the payment by not signing the cheques, Naresh ahs signed them using his presidential authority. Jeevitha was apparently furious with this act and created a ruckus at MAA office on this issue.
It seems that she has taken home all the cheques and also locked the rooms in the MAA office. The works are stuck at still the last two days and even the staff is not attending the office. The industry folks opined that this issue must get solved as soon as possible because it might
