‘Jersey’ Pre-release and digital rights to reap good profits for producers
‘Natural Star’ Nani’s next flick ‘Jersey' has already received good reviews from the film circles for its teaser which was released recently. Nani was also applauded for breaking the wall and coming out his films with mediocre formulae.
Helmed by Malli Raava fame Gautam Tinnanuri, Nani will be essaying the role of a middle-aged cricketer who aspires to play for the National team. Abuzz is that the periodic sports drama has already made a theatrical business of about Rs 31 Crore. The amount quoted is considered to be high despite two consequent flops like Krishnarjuna Yudham and Devadas which proves that Nani has a very good market against his flops.
Adding to the digital rights which are expected to be sold at a whopping amount of Rs 15 Crores, ‘Jersey’ is expected to bring good results for producer Suryadevara Naga Vamshi and Nani who is know to take the overseas rights of the film instead of taking remuneration. On the whole, the movie will make profits not less than Rs 25 Crores.
