Kajal Aggarwal opens up on Indian 2 being delayed

Kajal Aggarwal is eagerly waiting for the release of her upcoming film, Mosagallu. The film, also starring Vishnu Manchu, will release in multiple languages in theatre on March 19. She has been extremely busy with the promotions of Mosagallu. During one of the interactions with the press, she also spoke about her upcoming film, Indian 2, which has been in the making for over 2 years now. During the interaction, she revealed that Kamal Haasan's Indian 2 has been stalled and also explained the reason behind the film's delay.

Kajal Aggarwal revealed that most of the actors belong to the United States. Due to the Covid-19 travel restrictions, they couldn't come to the shooting which is the reason behind stalling the film. Also, she revealed that she was thrilled to work along with stalwarts such as Kamal Haasan and director Shankar. Since Kamal Haasan is busy with the election campaign, he is expected to resume the shooting of Indian 2 sometime in June or July. Apart from Indian 2, Kamal Haasan also has Vikram with director Lokesh Kanagaraj.
