Kajal steps down as producer from Prashanth Varma’s film
Director Prashanth Varma proved his mettle as a director with his debut film Awe. However, his second film, Kalki with Rajasekhar, failed to impress the audience.
In Awe, Kajal Aggarwal did a splendid job. Impressed with Prashanth Varma’s skills, she signed him for her next film, which will also be produced by her. However, she has now backed out of the project.
Kajal will not be producing the film and the project now awaits a new producer. It is being reported that she had to opt-out of the film because of her busy commitments.
But, sources say that she was doubtful because of Kalki’s theatrical run. Now, Prashanth has to prove that he is not a one-film-wonder and has to impress everyone with his upcoming films.
