Tanishaa Mukerji, Bobby Deol, and Neelam, Ajay Devgn's sister were also present. They all rang in the new year together. Kajol was beaming as she posed alongside Ajay, Tanishaa, Bobby, and, Veena Devgan. She referred to them as "loved ones." Her "first post of the new year" received many responses and well-wishes from followers.
Kajol chose a cream blouse and beige leggings for the New Year's Eve party. She wore cream-colored glasses and kept her hair loose. Husband Ajay was dressed in black jeans and a grey shirt. For the event, her sister Tanishaa Mukerji donned an off-the-shoulder outfit. Bobby chose black. Kajol posted a joyful image of herself holding Tanishaa as she smiled at the camera. Another image shows Kajol between Ajay and Bobby's smiling faces.

The last time we saw Kajol was in the Revathy-directed movie Salaam Venky. The movie premiered on December 9, 2022, in theatres. She portrayed a strong mother of a suffering son. She will play the role of Julianna Margulies in the Indian adaption of the American series The Good Wife. The film will be available on Disney+ Hotstar this year.
