Kamal Haasan has been successfully juggling films and politics for the past couple of years. Recently, the actor took a break from work as he had to undergo surgery in his leg to remove the implant. Kamal Haasan had a major surgery in 2016 which was when he had the implant.
The surgical procedure took place at Apollo Hospitals, Greams Road in Chennai on November 22. After being in hospital for five-under doctors observation, Kamal Haasan
got discharged on November 27. He went to his house were his close family welcomed him with an aarti.
Later, his party members including Vice President R Mahendran, Snehan, Kameela Nasser and Raj Mohan met him and enquired about his health. According to a previous press release, the doctors have advised him to rest for a couple of weeks before he is back on foot yet again for work.
Once Kamal Haasan gave a green signal to work, he will resume the shooting of director Shankar's Indian 2, which is currently progressing at a brisk pace. Later, he will work on his next flick, Thalaivan Irukkiran.
