'Karthikeya 2' Crew Releases Teaser From ISKCON Vrindavan
Nikhil Siddhartha and Anupama Parameshwaran star in the spiritual drama directed by Chandoo Mondeti. The film’s release is pushed from July 22 to a later date.
The unit of the upcoming Telugu film "Karthikeya 2," starring actor Nikhil Siddhartha, unveiled the film's teaser in five languages on Tuesday from the premises of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) in the holy city of Vrindavan.
Siddhartha took to social media to share photos from Vrindavan as well as a video clip expanding on what transpired at ISKCON "At ISKCON Brindavan, the epic mystical film 'Karthikeya 2' had a beautiful experience. The spokesman for ISKCON, Radharam Das Ji, spoke powerfully, praising the crew for bringing forth factual facts and the glories of Lord Sri Krishna in the film."
On this day, teasers for the film were released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
On Tuesday, Siddhartha said that the "Karthikeya 2" team had got an invitation from ISKCON to visit their Vrindavan headquarters after learning about the film's theme.
The film, directed by Chandoo Mondeti, stars Anupama Parameswaran as the female protagonist and was supposed to be released on July 22. Produced by Abhishek Agarwal Arts and People Media Factory, the film serves as a sequel to the 2014 film Karthikeya. However, the film's release date has been pushed again, and the crew has stated that a new date will be announced soon.
