Telugu-Tamil bilingual film Mahanati (Nadigaiyar Thilagam in Tamil) made Keerthy Suresh reach great heights in the industry. The actress also won the Best Actress Award in recent National-Awards for 2018.
She began her career as a child artist and made her debut as an actress in Malayalam film Geethanjali and then ventured into Tamil and Telugu in cinema.
Upon completing 6 years the actress took to social media to write, “6 years ago, I was born as an Actor. I’ve been fortunate enough to have lived many lives, as different characters. Thank you for accepting me and showering your love and blessings. I’m super grateful to be having the opportunities that come my way to live my dream over and over again. The actress is currently shooting for filmmaker Nagesh Kukunoor's Good Luck Sakhi in which she plays the role of a sharpshooter. Produced by Dil Raju, the film's shooting is on the verge of completion and will hit the theatres in 2020.
