After 'Mahanati' movie, Keerthy Suresh who won a national award for her performance became a known face for all the movie lovers. We already know that the actress came from a film background as well.
When asked if the reason she became an actress is because of her film background or her own interest, the actress said that having a film background is not enough unless we have a passion for acting. "I grew up watching my mother on the silver screens. I know how a heroine's life will be. When I was in second class, I decided that I want to become an actress and with time my passion for films also got increased. All my dreams used to revolve around acting. My mother always used to dream of receiving a National Award but she hasn't. So, I wanted to get a national award for my mother and my dream became true with 'Mahanati'," said Keerthy Suresh.
She further added that her mother got extremely happy and felt that she herself has got the national award. On the work front, Keerthy Suresh is all set to come up next movie Miss India.
