Keerthy Suresh Received Rs 2 Crore As Remuneration For Rajinikanth's Annaatthe

Director Siruthai Siva's Annaatthe, produced by Sun Pictures, was released in theatres across the globe on the occasion of Diwali, November 4. Produced by Sun Pictures, the film was released on over 1000 screens across the globe. The film had an ensemble cast including Rajinikanth, Keerthy Suresh, Nayanthara, Khushbu, Meena, Prakash Raj, Pandiyarajan, Livingston, and Jagapathi Babu in important roles. The film talked about the story of an inseparable brother and sister played by Rajinikanth and Keerthy Suresh. Reportedly, Rajinikanth received a lion's share of the film's budget as his remuneration.

Since Keerthy Suresh played one of the lead roles alongside Rajinikanth, she received a whopping salary of Rs 2 crore for her role in the film. Reportedly, she received one of the highest pay packages as she played one of the most important roles in the film. The film, however, is receiving negative reviews from critics and audiences. Rajinikanth's Annaatthe has crossed over Rs 200 crore at the box office and is still going strong. Director Siruthai Siva may join hands for yet another film with Rajinikanth.
