KGF bags most popular Kannada film at Bengaluru International Film Festival

KGF - Chapter 1 bags the most popular Kannada film award at Bengaluru International Film Festival (BIFF). These awards were presented yesterday on its closing day of the 11th edition of Bengaluru International Film Festival. KGF film stars Rocking Star Yash directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Hombale Films.
 
The second most popular Kannada film was given to Sarkari Hiriya Prathamika Shaale-Kasaragodu starring Veteran actor Anant Nag and third most popular Kannada film was bagged by cult classic Tagaru starring Karunada Chakravarty Shiva Rajkumar, Dhananjaya directed by Suri.
 
Karnataka Chalanachitra Academy award for Best Kannada Cinema was given to Mookajjiya Kanasugalu directed by P Sheshadri. Second best Kannada cinema was given to Savitribai Phule directed by Vishaal Raj and third best cinema was received by Ramana Savari directed by K Shivarudraiah.
 
Netpac International Jury Prize For Kannada Cinema was bagged by Nathicharami which was directed by Mansore. The special jury award was given to Aamrithyu helmed by Arup Manna.
