Prashant Neil's movie KGF Chapter 2 is all set to release on Amazon Prime. The movie will be available for rent on Amazon Prime from May 16. Prime subscribers and non-members can pay Rs 199 to watch the movie.
HD versions are available in Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam. Amazon has made it possible for the audience to watch KGF2 before the digital release of the film. Apart from KGF2, there will also be an opportunity to watch new Indian and international films on rent from Prime.
KGF2 was released in theaters on April 14th. The film grossed Rs 134 crore on its first day in India alone. Apart from Yash, the film also stars Raveena Thandan, Sanjay Dutt, and Prakash Raj in the lead roles. KGF 2 starring Yash in the lead role is currently running successfully in theatres. The film has crossed 1100 crore collections worldwide and is moving towards a record collection of 800 crores from India alone. The Prashanth Neel directorial tells the story of the Kolar Gold Fields. The first part of KGF was released in 2017.
Meanwhile, the shooting of KGF 3, the third film in the KGF series will commence in October this year. Reportedly, Rana Dagubatti will play an important villain in the third part. Though, neither the actor nor the production team has confirmed the news.
