Priyanka Chopra spoke on KoffeeWith Karan season 5 a few years ago. She discussed Hollywood vs. Bollywood, marriage, racism, and many other topics. The actress was also questioned over the ongoing parallels to Deepika Padukone. She made her Hollywood debut in XXX: Return of Xander Cage with Vin Diesel. Priyanka was asked how she felt about establishing an Indian actor trend in Hollywood. Which she responded: "There are so many actors who have come in too. For me, doing what I did was like breaking concrete and people don't realize it because I don't talk about it. It's really hard to convince the studios that 'I am used to this kind of part and I won't settle for less or I don't want to be a stereotype of the exotic pretty girl or my big fat Punjabi wedding.' Just a stereotype of what Indian actors are used to."

She added that she enjoyed seeing Deepika in XXX: Return of Xander Cage and in all of her future endeavours.

The next movie starring the actress is titled Ending Things, It's All Coming Back To Me. She also has the Bollywood film Jee Le Zaraa, starring Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt, directed by Farhan Akhtar. Additionally, it is Priyanka's first appearance on Hindi television since the 2019 movie The Sky Is Pink.
