Lakshmi Manchu is celebrating her birthday today, October 8th. The actress wanted to do a good deed on her birthday and has been calling out for help from her fans.

"Your love and support has always been overwhelming and heartwarming. I’ve come so far with all the blessings and gratitude you’ve showered over my family and me. Today, I come forward to ask for all your help." Captioned Manchu Lakshmi, posting a video of her saying that she has promised Sadhguru that she will plant 1 lakh trees, and it won't be possible without the help of the fans. In the video, Manchu Lakshmi requested her fans to join the Cauvery Calling Campaign and donate at least one tree.

Lakshmi further added that every year, on her birthday, fans come and wish her, but this year, all she wants is her fans to reach the goal of 1 lakh trees.

On the work front, she is hosting a candid talk show named "Feet Up With Stars". The show streams on Voot App.
