On July 1, theatres nationwide opened "Rocketry: The Nambi Effect," a movie directed by R.Madhavan. The film received favorable reviews and brought in more than Rs 40 crore at the box office. Additionally, the movie recently had its digital premiere.
National political leaders are now watching the movie at the Parliament in a private screening. According to reports, all of the political leaders praised Madhavan, said the movie was good, and compared it to the movie "Godfather," which received the highest rating ever. On social media, pictures from the movie screening were posted.
Nambi Narayanan, a scientist, was also present at the Parliament during the movie's showing. The actors and scientists received bouquets of congratulations from the leaders of the Indian government.
"Rocketry," a biopic on the late ISRO scientist and aerospace engineer Nambi Narayanan, marked Madhavan's directorial debut. The story of the movie focused on the life of a scientist who was falsely accused of espionage and spent his entire life attempting to vindicate himself.
Madhavan played the lead role in the movie, and Simran played his wife. Suriya and Shah Rukh Khan, two actors, made cameo appearances in the movie. The film was made available in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, and English.
