Maharshi Movie Live updates
*SuperStar Mahesh Babu as Rishi Kapoor, Super successful CEO. stylish entry followed by the first song "Nuvve Samastham".
*The film opens with Rishi walking in on the name of success - what we can see is Mahesh Babu being successful in being ultra stylish and handsome on screen. Let’s see how one of the biggest movies of the year will entertain us.
*Vennela K as Kanna playing Rishi’s bestie. Prakash Raj as his dad and JayaSudha as Mother. The film unfolds the story of Rishi’s life.
*Rishi and his dad - with extremely opposite personalities. Rishi goes for the win while his dad chose the wise.
*The first time surely does remind us of Khaleja MB. Similar ease in body language and silly handsome attitude.
*Success lo full stops undavu only commas.. success is not a destination it’s a journey- with that let’s plunge into Rishi’s journey towards his success.
*Allari Naresh (Ravi) and Pooja Hegde enters as Rishi’s college mates. Ravi and Rishi share a common problem- father. College episodes stir some laughs but the pace seems slow.
*Mahesh Babu looks unbelievably young. Not a single wrinkle anywhere near him. Only he knows if he Should thank his genes or his doctor. Whatever it could be his lady fans are up for some drool.
*Rishi is a 3-second Rubik’s cube solver, a genius and slightly overconfident. There is an inspirational dialogue every 5 minutes from Rishi, looks tad bit Braggy!
*Let’s hope the director doesn’t have a similar kind of overconfidence as Rishi and Keeps it grounded.
*Onto the second fight now, clearly not a gripping screenplay so far.
*Boom boom song - Mahesh Babu looks stylish, Pooja looks hot and all that in a song that looks like we have already seen a million times on screen.
*There is better chemistry between Mahesh Babu n Allari Naresh on screen than Mahesh and Pooja Hegde.
*Pooja Hegde is just there, teen girls might connect with her on some level but nothing extraordinary about her character.
*Proceeding towards the end of first half Rishi’s discovers some truths around his relationship with his father, best friend, and lover. The second half is everything about fixing some of the loose ends he left in his life.
: 1st has a subtle storyline, bland screenplay but @urstrulyMahesh pulls it off well. It is good enough for his fans. There isn’t quiet drama, but almost.
*Rishi takes up the biggest challenge to return back the favor of Allari Naresh (Ravi). Rishi lands in India, Jagapathi enters the scene - the first scene between Mahesh Babu and Jagapathi Babu looks so fine.
*Turn by turn rich Rishi goes on fixing problems of the poor Ravi and his village.
*Vivek (Jagapathi Babu) and Rishi two people who do not like to lose in life cross paths. Scenes between both are brainy and livelier.
*Without revealing why, let’s mention how amazing the action sequence in the second half was Mahesh Babu was spellbinding, this is exactly the catharsis we needed!
*As we expect a brainy twist director picks a dud of a solution for fixing the interim problem. Nonetheless here comes a character to open up Rishi’s eyes and look at the entire problem from a different perspective.
*Farmers don’t need our sympathy, they need our respect. Mahesh Babu definitely making farming look cool.
*Meanwhile, the director completely sidelined Jagapathi Babu. Whatever happened to his character!
*Lengthy 2nd half ends with the title song. The movie should have had a little more restraint-- but you can't deny that this movie has a big heart that's in the right place.
*Performances by Mb n AR are brilliant. Maharshi is predictable, well attempted, has heart and soul, meets all the requirements for fans.
*It’s a decent watch which is just there, won’t fall under MBs remarkable films though.
