Producer Dil Raju, in an interview, yesterday confirmed that Mahesh Nani’s upcoming film Maharshi is getting postponed from April 25 to May 9. The producer also added that they will get more time to spend on the film’s post production.
A section of the people say that Mahesh Babu has suggested a few changes in a couple of scenes which is why they’re reshooting a certain portions. Another story is that the visual effects have come out below sub-par.
But, the main rumour is that the team might be quite scared about the upcoming elections. It is said that Mahesh Babu’s relatives are taking part in the election and any wrong move could affect the film’s release.
However, it is unclear whether there is any truth to this rumour. Producer Dil Raju also added that the film will serve as a big treat to the fans after the elections.
