The shooting of Superstar Mahesh Babu and Trivikram's film is scheduled to begin soon, after the shooting was much delayed, followed by personal tragedies.
After more than a decade, Superstar Mahesh Babu and director Trivikram Srinivas are collaborating for a film. The last time they worked together was for Khaleja, which was released in 2010. The shooting of their third film started last year itself, but was interrupted following the loss of Mahesh's father, Superstar Krishna.
It is now being said that the shooting for the film will begin from January 18th. A fight sequence was canned previously, which is going to be scrapped, as the entire script is said to have been changed. Trivikram has reportedly come up with an out and out family entertainer for Mahesh.
The film was annoucned a long time ago, with Pooja Hegde playing the leading lady of the film, while Thaman is the music director. The film is being produced under the Haarika Hassine Creations banner, while Mahesh Babu will be co-producing the film under the GMB entertainments banner.
The film is scheduled to be released for Independence Day this year. Hence, the shooting of the film is expected to take place with no breaks at all. Mahesh will be joining the shoot from this schedule itself, and he will be taking no breaks.
After Mahesh is done with Trivikram's film, he will begin working on Rajamouli's film. Rajamouli is currently busy with the international promotions of RRR. He already began working on Mahesh's film, but took a break. RRR also recently won the Golden Globe for Best Original Song for Naatu Naatu. This has only increased the expectations on Rajamouli and Mahesh's film.
