Prince Mahesh Babu hit the jackpot with his last film Bharat Ane Nenu. The film directed by Koratala Siva went on to become one of the blockbusters of 2018. Seeing the last couple of films, he has been giving importance to socially relevant films than the commercial ones.
His landmark 25th film Maharshi with director Vamsi Paidipally is also a socially-relevant film. In the film, Mahesh Babu plays a software engineer in the USA who realizes the beauty of the village, family, and people and comes back to his roots.
Of course, the film will have some commercial elements to cater to all people. Inside sources reveal that Mahesh Babu will be delivering a kick-ass speech ahead of the interval. One interesting is that the speech is 7-minute long and it will be about the importance of villages. The makers hired a couple of writers to pen the dialogues.
Mahesh Babu’s Maharshi was supposed to hit the theatres on April 5, but has been postponed to April 25 now.
