Makers Release Nayanthara's First Look From Chiranjeevi Starrer Godfather

On Thursday, Nayanthara's first look as Sathyapriya Jaidev in Jayam Mohan Raja's Godfather was unveiled by the film's producers.

In the first glimpse, the actress can be seen seated at a table and contemplative while dressed in a clean cotton saree. In the image captured by the poster, she also appears to be composing a letter on a typewriter. Godfather is a remake of the Malayalam film Lucifer, and Nayanthara will play Manju Warrier from the original. Fans are eager to see her reprise her role and work with Chiranjeevi after Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy. Chiranjeevi plays the title character in the film, which will be released on October 5. Salman Khan, a Bollywood superstar, has been cast in Prithviraj Sukumaran's role. To placate viewers, the producers made a few tweaks to the screenplay. The teaser, which featured Chiranjeevi reprising Mohanlal's role, received a positive response. This thriller also stars Satya Dev and Puri Jagannadh. The camera is handled by master cinematographer Nirav Shah, while the art director is Suresh Selvarajan. According to the producers, the first track from the film, created by Thaman S, will be released soon. It remains to be seen how the picture will do when it is released during Dasara, especially because it may compete at the box office with Nagarjuna's The Ghost.
