Mahesh Babu has already agreed to work under Trivikram’s direction next and this project is set to be officially announced today. Sithara Entertainments have come on-board to produce the project and they are expected to announce the project in some time now.
Trivikram is said to have penned a wholesome family entertainer subject for Mahesh and the latter is thrilled about collaborating with the ace filmmaker again after a long gap. Reports claim the script penned by Trivikram will be on the lines of Athadu.
As one would expect, Trivikram plans to rope in two female leads for the project. Pooja Hegde is already on-board for the project and she will play the main female lead. Another young actress will be locked for second fiddle role.
Hadn’t it been for the second wave of Covid, Mahesh Babu would have taken this project onto the floors by June or July this year. But owing to delay in Sarkaru Vaari Paata’s shoot, Mahesh - Trivikram project might start rolling only by the end of the year.
SSMB is tentatively slated for release next summer. More details about the project will be unveiled after the shoot commences.
