Master movie director Lokesh Kanagaraj tests postive for Covid-19

Lokesh Kanagaraj is just three films old in the Tamil film industry. He made his debut as a director in Kollywood with Maanagaram, which is now being remade in Hindi. His second film Kaidhi with Karthi went on to become a blockbuster. For his third film, he joined hands with none other than Thalapathy Vijay for Master. The film released in theatres on January 13 and went on to become a super hit venture. Recently, director Lokesh Kanagaraj took to Twitter to reveal that he has tested positive for the novel coronavirus.

 
Taking to Twitter, Lokesh Kanagaraj wrote, "Hello everyone! Writing this to inform all my friends, family and well-wishers that I have tested positive for Covid-19 and have been admitted in a private hospital where I'm being taken good care of. Will be back soon and stronger! Until then, Lokesh Kanagaraj (sic)." Soon after Lokesh Kanagaraj shared the message, fans and celebrities took to social media to wish him a speedy recovery. Lokesh Kanagaraj is now prepping for his upcoming film with Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan. The film has been titled Vikram.
