Mind Blowing writing session for Lucifer 2

2019 Malayalam film Lucifer remained as an industry hit at the box office by collecting more than Rs. 150 crores. Starring Mohanlal in the lead role, this film got helmed by Prithviraj Sukumaran. Tovino Thomas, Manju Warrier, Vivek Oberoi and Prithviraj himself played the other important characters in this movie. After such a humongous success, Prithviraj stated that he will make a sequel for the film, called Empuraan. Currently, he is working on the script, along with writer Murali Gopy.

Prithviraj posted his picture with Murali the other day and tweeted, "At the writers den! My eyes are so wide coz I’m thinking how in the world am i going to shoot what he’s just told me! #L2." The actor turned director has already said that Murali Gopy already came up with the storyline for Empuraan and they have to write the screenplay of it. The pre-production works of Empuraan will get finished by the end of this year and the shooting will start in early 2021. We also heard that the movie will hit the screens by the end of next year. All the main characters who were part of the original will also act in this sequel.
