The Bombay High Court declined to allow the stay on the release of Akshay Kumar starrers Mission Mangal, by Radha Bharadwaj (US-based filmmaker). She claimed infringement of copyright and infringement of the makers ' confidentiality. The next space film is based on Mars Orbiter Mission aka Mangalyaan from India in 2014. Since this Independence Day is releasing the multi-starrer, the matter has been mentioned as a priority in court.
Apparently, Radha is making Space Moms, based on ISRO (Indian Space Research Organization) women researchers, alleging that Ellipsis Entertainment had transmitted her script to Vidya Balan, who is one of the actors of Misson Mangal.
She leaked the same thing to R Balki later. And then on board were Akshay Kumar, Fox Star Studios and Jagan Shakti director, Balki. Bharadwaj also shared that because of the Hindi movie, her movie did not get consumers.
Bharadwaj, on the one side, and Akshay Kumar, Balki, Jagan, Balan and Ellipsis, on the other, after hearing the statements of both parties. Justice Girish Kulkarni, who heard the case, declined to prevent Mission Mangal's release.
The judge stated that Radha had failed to lodge a suitable case for ad-interim relief, according to the judgment. In this movie, the audience can see the huge number of stars like Akshay Kumar, Sharman Joshi, Taapsee Pannu, Nithya Menon, Sonakshi Sinha, Kirti Kulhari and Vidya Balan.
The fans are eagerly waiting to watch this space movie on the screen.
