Mohanlal’s Ram To Commence Shooting In August?

Reportedly, the shooting of Mohanlal and Jeethu Joseph's film Ram will begin in August. Pink Villa reports that the team is all set to begin the shooting in August. According to the report, the shooting of the film will commence in mid-August.

Ram's filming will take place in London and Paris. There are also indications of a long preparation schedule. There are also rumours that 'Ram' will be made in two parts. Eminent trade analyst Sridhar Pillai also tweeted that a big pan-Indian star will be a part of the film as it will be dubbed into multiple languages.

South Indian actress Trisha will play the female lead in the film. This is also Trisha's Malayalam film after 'Hey Jud'. Indrajith Sukumaran, Sai Kumar and Durga Krishna will also play other roles.

The film is produced by Antony Perumbavoor, Ramesh P Pillai and Sudhan P Pillai. The movie's main photography commenced on January 6, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, it was delayed for two years. During that time, Jeethu increased the film's size and divided it into two parts, even though it was only intended to be one.

According to Jeethu, the genre is an action thriller with a multi-national setting. The film's title was unveiled at a press conference and pooja ceremony on December 16, 2019. When speaking with the media, Jeethu revealed that the producers first approached him three years ago about collaborating on a movie with Mohanlal following Drishyam.
