Wild Dog, actor Nagarjuna Akkineni's upcoming film directed by Solomon is releasing tomorrow and talking to the media as a part of the promotions, the actor spoke about how thrilling the film was and how challenging shooting for the film was.
Due to the lockdown period and the pandemic, with theatres shut for a long time and the film industry not working for some time, many actors, just like all of us, couldn’t step out of their house.
“ After being at home for four long months, I stepped out for a shoot, besides Bigg Boss and it was in remote locations in Manali and Nepal. It was the most liberating experience. To feel the fresh air in the mountains again in the middle of a life-altering pandemic was a surreal feeling,” said Nagarjuna.
He further added that it was difficult to shoot in those terrains as it was extremely cold. The actor even said that he had a lot of body pains after wrapping up the shoot. “ It was one of the most physically demanding roles,” he said.
Produced by Niranjan Reddy and Anvesh Reddy under Matinee Entertainment, Wild Dog releases in theatres tomorrow. Nag plays NIA officer Vijay Varma in the film based on true events that transpired after the bomb blasts in Lumbini Park and Gokul Chaat in 2007.
